Behavioral/Mental Health Youth Care Worker

Provide direct care and supervision to young women in a residential treatment facility while helping them navigate behavioral and life challenges. Act as a consistent, supportive presence to hold students accountable and guide them through their treatment programs.

The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged. A bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, education, or psychology is preferred.
