Preschool Lead Teacher - Full-Time, Full-Year

The lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging learning environment and implementing developmentally appropriate instruction for preschool children. They also manage daily classroom operations, mentor support staff, and build partnerships with families to support child progress.

The position requires an experienced early childhood educator capable of leading a classroom and adhering to head start performance standards. Candidates must be prepared to support school readiness and monitor developmental progress for children ages 3-5.
