Mornings Child Watch & Parent's Night Out Leader

The leader is responsible for supervising children, ensuring their safety, and planning developmentally appropriate activities that align with ymca values. They must also maintain program equipment, manage records, and foster positive relationships with families and staff.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess strong communication and relationship-Building skills. Previous experience working with children is preferred, and the role requires passing a tb test and obtaining various safety certifications within 30 days of hire.
