Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the State of Washington
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Successful background check before employment begins
• K–12 school-based experience preferred
• Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
• Bonus points for fluency in a global language (Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)

Compensation: W2: $100-$125,000 annually
