Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans while providing supervision and training to registered behavioral technicians. They must also conduct clinical assessments, manage authorizations, and maintain regular communication with families and clinical leadership.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in a related field and be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with medicaid credentialing. Strong analytical skills and the physical ability to interact with clients in a clinical setting are required.
