Core responsibilities
Provide one-On-One behavior therapy to children with autism by implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data on client progress. Collaborate with bcbas and caregivers to support skill acquisition and address challenging behaviors through approved reduction techniques.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain and maintain rbt certification through the bacb. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the physical capacity to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and de-Escalating aggressive behavior.
