Restorative Practice Assistant - Napier ES (2026-2027)

The assistant will provide training and technical support to staff implementing restorative practices and facilitate interventions for students to resolve conflicts and restore relationships. They will also coordinate student re-Entry processes and assist with data collection to monitor the efficacy of restorative programs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field. Additionally, at least two years of experience working with youth or in community development initiatives is required.
