Staff Development Specialist- Residential

The staff development specialist is responsible for delivering training, orientation, and curriculum for the residential interventions program. They also provide on-The-Floor coaching and mentoring to direct care staff to ensure therapeutic skill development and compliance.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6 months of experience, or a high school diploma with 3 years of experience. Proficiency in ms office, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license are required.
