Salary

Provide direct care, constant supervision, and a safe therapeutic environment for children with behavioral health challenges in a residential setting. Implement programmatic guidelines and teach appropriate coping and behavior management techniques to youth.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and must be at least 20 years of age. Previous experience with at-risk youth or in residential treatment programs is preferred.

The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Behavior Technician plays a vital role in the success of each client. The Behavior Technician is responsible for the daily direct care and supervision of children in our Residential Interventions Program. The children in our program are suffering from childhood trauma with resulting behavioral health challenges.
The Behavior Technician ensures that each child's basic life, educational, and emotional needs are provided for. Behavioral Technicians strive to provide consistency and structure for the clients in our care.
Opportunities for Behavior Technicians include full-time & part-time with flexible work hours.
2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
10:00pm - 8:00 am
Make up to $19 per hour! *(With progressive advancement through the NewPath Tier system)
$1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift; .50 shift differential for 3rd shift.
