Sr Instructional Designer

The senior instructional designer leads the design, development, and implementation of multi-Modal training programs while collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning objectives. They are responsible for applying instructional design principles to create interactive online modules and evaluating the effectiveness of training systems through performance data analysis.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience in instructional design or a related field. The role requires proficiency in instructional technology, adult learning theories, and the ability to manage complex, media-Rich development projects.
