Be responsible for the direct implementation behavior analytic services including skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the RBT™ supervisor
Integrate knowledge and ability to teach students using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
Implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the behavior therapist.

• Competitive starting pay of $26.92 - $28.23/hr for hours worked, pay can be spread out over the entire year
Current Registered Behavior Tech Certificate
Successfully passed initial RBT Competency Assessment, completed annual RBT recertification training, and registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
