The teacher will implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and use specialized strategies to support students with complex sensory, behavioral, and communication needs. They will also lead and collaborate with paraprofessionals to maintain a supportive classroom environment.
Candidates must hold or be nearing completion of an LBS1 certification and an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL). A commitment to mission-driven work with individuals with disabilities is essential.
