Copy of Afterschool Program Leader

The program leader provides direct leadership in conducting academic enrichment programs, including homework help, steam activities, and recreation. They are responsible for managing classroom operations, maintaining student records, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or ged and be able to pass the instructional aide test. A minimum of 48 college credit units or an associate’s degree is preferred, along with one year of experience working with children.
