Behavior Technician (Full-time; Topeka, KS)

The behavior technician is responsible for conducting interventions and collecting data as prescribed by the client's treatment plan. They must also maintain professional standards, attend training sessions, and complete weekly communication reports regarding therapy tasks.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid id, and reliable transportation. Candidates are expected to obtain the registered behavioral technician (Rbt) credential within 3 months of hire and pass criminal background checks.
