Occupational & Employee Health Nurse Educator

The educator is responsible for training and supporting clinical staff to ensure high-Quality, safe patient care through onboarding and ongoing professional development. They also serve as a mentor and resource, implementing clinical initiatives and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field and possess an active rn license with 3–5 years of clinical experience. Proficiency in communication, teaching, and basic life support certification is required, with preference given to those with hospice or home health experience.
