Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and their families. They also manage caseloads, provide staff supervision, and conduct consultative services in clinic, home, and community settings.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field and possess bcba certification. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders is required.
