Core responsibilities
The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans and applies behavioral principles to help clients acquire language, social, and self-Help skills. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate daily records, data collection, and managing crisis situations in a professional manner.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and possess at least a high school diploma. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.
