Temporary Employment Coach

The employment coach assists individuals with disabilities in securing and maintaining community employment through job placement planning and readiness training. They also provide on-Site support and maintain ongoing communication with employers, families, and clinical support teams.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and either a bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience or two years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Proficiency in american sign language and a valid driver's license with access to an insured vehicle are required.
