• Who We’re Looking For Energetic, upbeat individuals who can keep kids engaged and excited.
• Passionate about working with children-whether you have coaching experience or just love sports and kids!
• Prior coaching or athletic instruction experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between class locations.
• Availability for weekday morning and afternoon shifts.
• Physically able to be active with children - running, jumping, playing - and capable of lifting and carrying equipment.
• Role Responsibilities Deliver fun, high-energy sports and fitness classes using our structured curriculum.
• Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for every child.
• Communicate clearly with parents, teachers, and site directors as needed.
• Manage class logistics: set up equipment, track attendance, report class updates, and stay on schedule.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
