We're looking for energetic, dependable coaches who enjoy working with children and are passionate about creating an encouraging team experience. No two practices are the same - you'll lead engaging activities, teach age-appropriate soccer skills, and help young athletes grow both on and off the field.

• What You'll Do Lead fun, organized practices on weekday afternoons and coach league games on select Saturdays.
• Teach soccer fundamentals, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
• Create a welcoming environment where every player can succeed.
• Communicate with families and program staff as needed.
• Be a positive role model for players.

We're Looking For Experience coaching or working with children is preferred. Soccer playing or coaching experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills. Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Coaching certifications are welcome but not required.

• How does the program run?
• We partner with many elementary schools across the Phoenix-East Valley to provide an introductory, recreational soccer program.
• Most schools have more than one team.
• Teams are broken up by age group, with a different coach for each team.
• Classes are held once a week on-campus after school (usually between 3pm-4pm).
• We hold one to two game days per month from October through December on Saturdays.
• Coaches typically go to more than one school throughout the week and coach multiple different teams.
