LPN - CTP In School Health EP

The lpn is responsible for delivering patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and administering medications and vaccines. They also manage patient documentation, coordinate referrals, and provide education to patients and families.

Candidates must hold a valid licensed practical nurse (Lpn) license from the illinois department of financial and professional regulation. Basic life support (Bls) certification from the american heart association is also required within 30 days of hire.
