Upper School - English Teacher

Teachers are responsible for developing and expertly teaching courses to high standards, emphasizing critical thinking, real-World problem solving, and creating inquiry- And project-Based learning experiences. Faculty must also collaborate on curriculum development, serve as advisors, contribute beyond the classroom, and demonstrate a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and an advanced university degree, along with a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience at the high school and/Or university level, demonstrating mastery in the discipline and excellence in teaching writing and research. Preferred qualifications include a ph.d. In english or a related field and experience in academic leadership or at a selective independent school.
