The Upper Elementary Teacher will develop and maintain high-quality academic-focused instruction for all students, utilizing a high-quality curriculum and strong instructional practices. They will build strong relationships with students and families while continuously seeking feedback and growth in their teaching methods.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in elementary education, and have or be on a path to obtain a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate. Prior classroom experience teaching grades 3-5 is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
