The Lower Elementary Teacher will develop and maintain high-quality academic-focused instruction for all students, utilizing a high-quality curriculum and effective classroom management skills. The teacher will build strong relationships with students and families while continuously seeking feedback and growth in instructional practices.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in elementary education, and have or be on a path to obtain a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate. Prior classroom experience teaching grades K-2 is highly preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
