Overnight Residential Counselor

The overnight residential counselor provides parenting and life skills support, guiding residents in their daily routines and helping them develop essential skills. They also monitor resident progress, provide crisis intervention, and maintain a structured and supportive environment.

A bachelor’s degree in a human services related field and one year of experience in mental health is required, although relevant experience may substitute for a degree. Candidates must also be able to assist with childcare and maintain a valid vt driver’s license.
