Residential Youth Program Leader – Weather Camp

Youth program leaders are responsible for the 24-Hour supervision and safety of minors attending weather camp and advanced weather camp, managing daily program administration including compliance and emergency response. They will also assist with developing instructional content, delivering lessons, and monitoring participant well-Being at all times.

Applicants must be prepared to assume full responsibility for monitoring participant safety, whereabouts, and actions continuously, requiring quick, calm action and sound judgment in sensitive situations. This position mandates specific background checks and clearances, including pa state police, pa child abuse history, and fbi fingerprint checks.
