Skills Trainer

The skills trainer coordinates 150-Hour paid internships for transition-Age students with disabilities, including delivering work readiness training and managing employment logistics. They also conduct community outreach to develop internship sites and serve as a liaison between students, families, employers, and dvr counselors.

A bachelor's degree in human services, education, or psychology is required, along with a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in microsoft office and experience in case management and documentation are also necessary for this role.
