Direct care full time and part time

The residential care staff is responsible for mentoring and supervising youth in a residential setting while ensuring their safety and well-Being. They must implement behavior motivation systems, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate educational and recreational activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and hold valid certifications in cpr, first aid, and par. A valid state driver's license is required, along with the ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screenings.
