Case manager

The case manager is responsible for developing and implementing student performance plans while providing trauma-Informed support in vocational and educational settings. They also conduct intake procedures, facilitate treatment team meetings, and manage student transitions into the community.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human service field and hold current cpr and first aid certifications. A valid state driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening are also required.
