School Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will oversee behavioral and functional assessments while collaborating with school staff and families to develop effective behavior plans. They are responsible for participating in the iep process and maintaining all required documentation for student progress.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field. A valid bcba certification is required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
