Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Aftersch

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing academic, athletic, and artistic programs for youth members. They also ensure a safe environment, provide mentorship, and manage daily club activities and facility maintenance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least two years of relevant experience or formal training. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate youth and manage behavior are essential for this role.
