Youth Development Professional (YDP)/Aftersch

The youth development professional is responsible for planning and implementing engaging academic, athletic, and artistic programs for youth. They also ensure member safety, provide mentorship, and maintain the facility environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least two years of relevant experience or training. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage youth behavior in a safe, structured environment are required.
