Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analysis services to children in a variety of settings and programs which may include school based, early intervention, and preschool.
- Performs evaluations and assessments and tracks child progress.
- Delivers Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated in the IFSP or IEP.
- Collaborate with other families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support the goals of each child.
- Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation, and progress notes.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide guidance and training to teachers, teacher aides, and paraprofessionals, as needed.
Qualifications
Must have a Board Certification (BCBA) and be in good standing with the BACB. Must hold a license (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations. Masters Degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field. Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.
