College & Career Transition Counselor

The counselor provides direct support to students and families regarding academic, college, and career planning while collaborating with school staff to optimize student success. They also manage student cases, conduct outreach, and teach seminars to facilitate the transition from high school to postsecondary education.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
