Swim Instructor

The swim instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering swimming lesson plans while ensuring the safety and supervision of all pool participants. They must also maintain pool cleanliness, monitor water quality, and enforce facility rules according to organizational policies.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and hold current certifications in cpr, first aid, aed, and o2. Additional preferences include lifeguard or wsi certifications, and the ability to perform all physical tasks associated with aquatic instruction.
