Instructional Aide

The instructional aide collaborates with teachers to implement individualized education programs and behavioral interventions for students in grades k-12. They are responsible for monitoring student progress, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining accurate documentation of student performance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a basic skills test. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher and experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings.
