Per Diem Speech Language Therapist / SLP (Home Health)

The speech language therapist will conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans for patients with speech and language disorders. They will also provide therapy, coordinate care with other professionals, and document progress according to agency policies.

Candidates must have a master's degree in speech-Language pathology and a certificate of clinical competence (Ccc-Slp). A state license and at least one year of clinical experience are also required, along with current bls certification.
