Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12 to teach foundational skills and support behavior plans. Collect and record data, write session notes, and communicate progress to caregivers under the guidance of a bcba.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 pounds and maintaining various postures. Candidates must be able to work with children with challenging behaviors and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
