Core responsibilities
Conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12 and follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Collect and record session data, write therapy notes, and communicate client progress to caregivers under the guidance of a bcba.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30 pounds, kneeling, and running to maintain safety during therapy sessions.
