Alternatives to Violence & Prevention Facilitator

This role facilitates the alternatives to violence (Atv) program and other prevention initiatives through group sessions, case management, and community outreach. The position also ensures program compliance, maintains participant records, and collaborates with court services and community partners.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a social services field and have one year of experience working with perpetrators of domestic violence. The role requires obtaining specific illinois certifications in domestic violence and paip facilitation within the first year of employment.
