Staff Development Coordinator, RN

The nurse educator is responsible for orienting and educating nursing personnel to ensure safe and effective care in accordance with federal and state guidelines. They also supervise new nursing employees, perform competency evaluations, and manage the facility's employee health program.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current rn license. A minimum of three years of clinical experience is preferred, with specific experience in long-Term care and adult education.
