Staff Development Coordinator, RN

The nurse educator is responsible for orienting and training nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care in compliance with federal and state regulations. They also oversee the employee health program and perform clinical performance evaluations to identify ongoing educational needs.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current rn license. A minimum of three years of clinical experience is preferred, with specific experience in long-Term care and adult education.
