School Counselor - IDEA Lopez Academy (26-27)

The school counselor leads the campus family engagement vision, social emotional learning programs, and coordinates mental health supports for all scholars. They are responsible for managing student persistence data and directing campus staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for student success.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in school counseling, social work, or a related field and possess a valid texas school counselor certification or relevant licensure. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
