Childcare Lead Teachers

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom activities while mentoring fellow staff. They must also promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children and build strong relationships with families.

Candidates must have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They are also required to meet state and company-Specific childcare education and licensing standards.
