Special Education Teacher-3rd grade-5th grade

The special education teacher develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities in grades 3-5. They are responsible for managing student caseloads, conducting assessments, and collaborating with staff to implement ieps and behavior intervention plans.

Candidates must hold a cde-Issued special education licensure and have completed an approved special education generalist program. Prior experience as a special education teacher in a k-12 public school setting is preferred.
