Certified Behavior Technician

The role involves working one-On-One with children using evidence-Based aba techniques to foster independence, social skills, and personal growth through tailored, interactive activities. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, restructuring environments, collecting data, and communicating progress with analysts and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and pass a national criminal background check, with a certified behavior technician (Cbt) license being preferred. Reliable transportation is required to travel and work in various in-Home settings, often involving physical engagement with children.
