RBT Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications

RBT Certification required Fluent in English (writing and speaking) High school diploma or GED equivalent Pass a National Criminal Background check Reliable transportation Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace. Fluent in Spanish - plus but not required. Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings. Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.) (Preferred) Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians) (Preferred) Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred) Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred) Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants (Preferred)
