Physical Therapist II - Per Diem

Provides direct physical therapy services to patients and develops individualized treatment plans. Evaluates patients' physical and functional status and implements therapeutic programs to address movement dysfunction.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an acute care environment is required. Candidates must have a relevant degree in physical therapy and current licensure in illinois.
