Core responsibilities
The bcba will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and training for rbts and bhts while developing and monitoring evidence-Based aba treatment plans for clients. They will also collaborate with families and the child and family team to ensure effective service delivery and data-Driven programming.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a field related to applied behavior analysis and possess a current bcba certification and arizona state license. Additionally, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism and hold a valid arizona driver's license with level 1 fingerprint clearance.
