Core responsibilities
The bcba will plan, develop, and monitor aba treatment plans for clients aged 2-18 while providing clinical oversight and training to rbts and bhts. They will also collaborate with families and the child and family team to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a field related to applied behavior analysis and possess a valid bcba certification and arizona state license. Additionally, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism and hold a valid arizona driver's license with level 1 fingerprint clearance.
